Welcome to the Transition Wiki!

This is the home page of the To Transition! A Course on Urban Transition Management MOOC`s Wiki. It was first created by the Dutch Research Institute for Transition Studies (DRIFT).

What is a MOOC?

MOOC stands for Massive Open Online Course. The corresponding course to the materials and the research you can find here, were first developed by DRIFT.
With the learnings from the MOOC, students are meant to contribute to this collaborative project by developing their own pages. You might be wondering why is it that you can edit this text?

What is a Wiki?

Wikis are online collaborative tools that facilitate community building trough knowledge sharing and development. The work conducted by students will define the existing webpage. In fact, you can change this text right here but… please, be so kind and discuss it with your colleagues first.

Code?

Yes, there is code all around. If you have used word, just imagine you`re back in the 90s. The potential of collaborative tools ought to make up for any coding problems. Fortunately, you have your colleagues ready to help you. You can also check out Community
